Before we begin
No. Our first discovery meeting is free. We visit your space on site or review it online, listen to your needs and explain how we work. Afterwards we prepare a proposal that defines the scope clearly.
Yes. You can take only the concept and construction drawings and have your own team carry out the works, or hand the entire process to us — from design through to turnkey handover. We discuss the merits of both routes in the first meeting.
The concept and construction drawings for an apartment typically take 6–10 weeks; for villas, hotels and commercial projects the timeline extends with scope. We share the build schedule as a separate programme once the design is approved.
Absolutely. We carefully weave the pieces you love, inherited items and your art collection into the design. It matters to us that your new space feels not only beautiful, but unmistakably yours.
